Need to weight loss...
Hi Doctor's. Every one say u should get weight loss.. But I need an prompt advice on diet or timings or anything else. Why iam asking is, Being a software employee, my working hours start from 8am to 8pm. My figure is 6ft with 100kg(exact). 8-9.15= car driving 9.30-6.30= in office 6.45-8= car driving. Thks in advnce
