U can eat gourd family all vegetables like bitter gourds snake gourd, all green vegetables except under ground like potatoes group. fruit all citrus except mango, coconut banana... take all berries, water melon simllar. take low cereals like plain rice add more fibre. take sour CURD, milk D.T, chana plant protien products salad,, strew, vegetables servings . more important to exercises
