Need to lose weight

I am obese and recently I have noticed that I am facing some problems like lack of energy and fitness. Plus my clothes don't fit anymore. I have started exercising at home. But I need to know what kind of a diet I should follow to make sure I lose weight. I need a diet chart.

Hello there, choose healthy food options. Include more for fruits and vegetables in your diet alongwith balance of important meals breakfast, lunch, dinner. Avoid fried, oily, junk foods, cheese, margarine. Avoid foods with added preservatives, soda. Not to forget proteins in your diet skim milk, curds, buttermilk, etc. Combine diet modification alongwith exercise.
