Hi pls do not expect the unhealthy. Losing 10 kg in a month is very harmful for your body and also if you are feeding your child then for him/her as well. First keep healthy and realistic goals. If you have taken a while to put on weight then pls gv tour self some time to lose as well. Do daily exercise. Eat healthy. More fruits, avoid maida, sugar and deep fried items.
