U need to focus on the blessings and positive aspect of relationship. It varies but if u can't change some what's point thinking about it. Focus on can and not cannot.

If its stress due to relationship the major factor that works is proper communication with the people in the relationship. In order to deal with stress doing a few simple things can help you. 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Start some regular exercise meditate and you'll be feeling better. 3. Deep breathing. 4. Make time for yourself and for things u like doing. Do all these and u should be able to deal with stress in a better way.
