I am 29 years of age and my weight has drastically increased in these 3 years. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism disorder due to which my weight has increased a lot.. I went to seek dietary advice from a nutritionist but her diet though gave me initial result but made me very weak since I go to office and that her diet seemed tough for me. She has given me half cup CURD AND CORNFLAKES for morning breakfast then fruits after 1hr. But I tend to feel really hungry and thus I started having normal breakfast like rava idli , or brown bread toast with green tea. I'm going to join my gym from next week. Please suggest me some diets which can help me in reducing
thyroid problem and weight loss... KINDLY REPLY...
