The best person to answer this would be an Orthodontist.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to search for an orthodontist and take an online appointment followed by physical check up. Being an adult your compliance to treatment would be very good, which means you must take a lot of initiative to stick to the treatment advised so that desired results are achieved.
Health Tips
Orthodontic treatment is very comprehensive and there is no short cut, if you want long term positive result. The best treatment plan can be advised only after checking your teeth physically. However, 8 months seems to be too short.

Hello Ma'am , Welcome to PRACTO This is your Dentist - I went through your query and images attached .  I would suggest , Yes its a great period to  have an orthodontic treatment. Traditional Braces will be best for you instead of the invisible  one as many teeth are irregularly arranged ,edge to edge bite . Minimum time required is 1 to 11/2 years . As I see mild crowding 1st premolars on all sides  might needed to be extracted. Be careful before reaching out for your local Dentist  ,once its safe  considering the Covit outbreak. No short term treatment available , and donot fall for false promises as orthodontic treatment can't be possible in 8 months . I hope it was helpful. Post if any further query . Have a Good Day Ma'am. Thank's Alot.
