If you are willing to save the teeth, then go for Root Canal Treatment, followed by Post and Core buildup. Always use extraction of teeth as a last resort.

Hi. Through X ray it can be seen that there is resorption which is starting in the root portion. If that is the case, then prognosis ( recovery chances) of that tooth will be poor. Is there any mobility of the tooth?
Everything has to be considered to plan further.
