Hi If you are willing to save the teeth, then go for Root Canal Treatment, followed by Post and Core buildup. Always use extraction of teeth as a last resort.

Yes. Extraction should be done. Even if the tooth is saved, there won't be enough support for cap.

Hie .dear if u want to save the tooth then go for an rct then post n core and then crown...no need for extraction

Hi. Through X ray it can be seen that there is resorption which is starting in the root portion. If that is the case, then prognosis  ( recovery chances) of that tooth will be poor. Is there any mobility of the tooth? Everything has to be considered to plan further.
Next Steps
Visit a endodontist at the earliest and plan accordingly.
