I completely understand your concern.
To diagnose your problem completely, I would need more information as well as some general tests and a primary family history. Your routine and other habits will also need to be known, so for the treatment of this problem, once consultation can be done through phone or video call, it is better.

Pain just from last 4 days, with ECG ECO and Endoscopy normal is more likely to be Intercostal Myalgia but raised enzymes are something which need separate evaluation. In a 25 year young female who is not overweight, gall bladder involvement is not a strong possibility. Enlargement of liver due to hepatitis needs to be ruled out by Ultrasonic Examination. An eye should be kept upon white of the eyes to look for yellowish discoloration of developing Jaundice. Get examined physically by a qualified physician and act accordingly.
I am sure no one wants you to understand what is the cause of your pain chest.
You should consult with a General Physician in your area. Let him examine you, get some investigations done, and advise the patient regarding the cause of pain chest.
The problem is that after that also most of the patients don't trust their Doctors. They start questioning their Doctors' wisdom.
