Need help with high blood pressure
Hello i sometimes gets severe anxiety and panic attacks once in a while and when i go through them, my blood pressure gets higher at 140/90 and remains high for some days after severe panic attacks. My medical tests are all fine except my triglycerides which are very high . Beside that i am little overweight so i wanted to know that what is causing this high blood pressure which is normally temporary after panic attacks ? What should i do to reduce the BP? I am having paroxetine for anxiety! Thanks Regards

Your high blood pressure is due to high triglycerides, and high triglycerides are due to your weight. You need to lose weight. For anxiety and panic attacks there are safe herbal medicines which you can take and it will help with your anxiety

Do yoga or meditation regularly which helps in reducing panic attacks.Do some physical exercise like walking.
