If u have severe pain take ultracet.. if it’s infected .. local anasthesia won’t work.. soo u would have had pain. Tell d dentist to do give block n once it’s numb u won’t have pain

It is not advisable to leave RCT in the middle of treatment. From your post it is not clear why you don't want your RCT to be completed but if it's because of fear of pain during  treatment than you don't have to worry at all as pain during the sittings can be completely controlled with the help of anesthetic & medicines. If you are having pain before RCT than it will be gone within 1-2 days of RCT by that time it can be easily controlled with medicines.

No no you should consult to your dentist for the pain. In this situation you're dentist can re check you Rct canal, there might be accessory canal.
