Am i suffering delusional disorder?
When I get a thought that my own family members may kill me while I m asleep.
And I ready with a plan to self- defence myself before sleeping
Like noting down where scissors, knifes and other sharp objects are kept
This makes me stressful and I am not able to trust anyone
