Light headedness and imbalance while standing could be due to postural BP change.Thete could be other causes too.Get your CBC, glucose level, kidney function tests, vitamin d and b 12.Consult a internist in your area,he may refer to other subspecialist if needed
Your symptoms need proper clinical evaluation
.
Please do not ignore facial numbness or the feeling of impending fainting.
If facial numbness is sudden or associated with weakness on one side, difficulty speaking, severe headache, or difficulty walking, seek emergency medical care immediately.
Depending on your examination, investigations may include:
CBC
Blood pressure and pulse, including lying and standing measurements
Blood glucose and electrolytesVitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels

We can review your symptoms, medical history, and any previous reports to determine the appropriate next steps
Hello,
Your symptoms of lightheadedness on standing, weakness, facial numbness, head heaviness, neck stiffness, and lower back pain require medical evaluation.
Lightheadedness on standing may be caused by orthostatic hypotension (a drop in blood pressure on standing), dehydration, anaemia, or blood glucose fluctuations.
However, facial numbness combined with dizziness and a feeling of possibly falling raises concern for a neurological condition, which should not be attributed to low BP or cervical problems without examination.
The combination of symptoms warrants prompt assessment to exclude potentially serious causes.
Next Steps
Seek medical assessment, particularly if facial numbness is ongoing, new, or associated with difficulty walking. A neurological examination is important to assess sensation, muscle strength, balance, and coordination. Your physician should check blood pressure while lying down and standing, pulse, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose. Depending on examination findings, investigations may include CBC, electrolytes, kidney function, vitamin B12, TSH, and ECG. Brain imaging (CT or MRI) may be required if a neurological cause, including stroke or transient ischaemic attack, is suspected. Neck, back, and leg pain can be evaluated further once urgent causes have been excluded.
Health Tips
Until evaluated, avoid driving, climbing stairs unassisted, or standing suddenly because of the risk of falling. Maintain adequate hydration if you can swallow normally. Seek emergency care if you develop one-sided facial numbness or weakness, slurred speech, visual disturbances, sudden severe headache, or difficulty walking. My recommendation: An emergency physician is the most appropriate first point of contact, with neurological assessment as needed. The combination of facial numbness and dizziness should not be dismissed as simple weakness. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Taken together, lightheadedness on standing, weakness, shin discomfort and low back pain often point to general causes such as low blood pressure on standing, anaemia, or a vitamin D or B12 deficiency, rather than one single disease.
Next Steps
Start with a general physician for a BP check lying down and standing, plus CBC, vitamin D, B12 and thyroid blood tests. Mention the facial numbness and neck stiffness too, and see a neurologist if those don't settle.
Health Tips
Go to the emergency department right away if you develop sudden one-sided weakness, slurred speech, a severe headache, or fainting.
