TSH levels are high. Patient is of HYPOTHYROIDISM. Need prescription for it on basis of history and this report.

TSH is little elevated, ask him to do free T3, Free T4.. And ask whether he is having any symptoms like weight gain, constipation and cold Intolerance.. If the above reports are normal and he is asympyomatic, no need of any medication we hav to monitor TSH regularly
