Hi, no need to avoid any kind of foods right now. You should take balance diet , and avoid stress. Do some yoga exercises or meditation for happiness.

Eat good lean protein like fish chicken.  Eat and drink low fat dairy products like paneer and lassi. Eat good amount of fruits and vegetables. Eat whole grains like wheat oats ragi jowar bajra. Consume Dals , legumes etc.

For healthy pregnancy you need to have healthy body and mind.Follow regular meal timings. Healthy food choices.Prefer homemade food.Avoid refined carbohydrates, processed food and instant food.Go with variety of vegetables, variety of pulses.Diet should be rich in complex carbohydrates, protein and fiber rich foods.

Make sure you include foods which are high in iron , calcium folic acid and vit C  So make sure leafy vegetables , ragi , millets , rajgeera , makhana ,citrus fruits , bell pepper are taken in good portion. Include Cinnemon cardamom in diet. Avoid trans fats and ready to eat items Include food which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Consult me on Practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. Add fruits and seeds. 7. Eat less and exercise more Ask me directly for customized diet for you!!!
