Neck stiffness and pain
I have a neck stiffness and pain and it increased after I woke up next day after sleep. I cannot turn my head around as it hurts. Tilting the head up and down also causes major pain in the lower neck region.

It seems to be cervical facet lock. consult a good n professional physiotherapist n get yourself examined
