If severe pain is there try to immobilise the neck by using collar. You can take zerodol TH4 tablet 1-0-1 for 5 days and T.Pantop 40 1-0-0.U can apply diclofenac gel ointment too

Kindly give some hot water fomentation after that you can apply doil liniment on the neck ..can take tablet myospas forte
