Shall I take Hifenac-p for ankle sprain
I have completed second dose of covishield on the month of July 21. I used to take hifenac-p rarely when I have ankle sprain. Shall I take hifenac-p after covishield vaccination ? Please advise.

Only paracetamol is enough 650 mg twice daily for 3 days. In India people think paracetamol is only for fever. But its a very safest and potent pain killer. Abroad even after major surgery patients are given iv paracetamol according to body weight.
Next Steps
if fever persist or any other symptoms persist to report to the vaccination centre immediately.

Your 2nd dose taken on july right so its been 5 months already. You can take hifenac p for pain relief .

For pain purpose post vaccination to take only cold therapy. If fever, take dolo if more than 100
