Neck pain spreading till shoulder
I have severe neck pain on left side. Pain is not at single spot and identifiable on pressing. It is spreading to left shoulder either. I am unable to sit even for some time due to pain. Restricting movement painfully

Do you have swelling in and around the shoulder.? As you said the pain  is radiating its probably a nerve compression or the start of cervical spondylitis. It would be advisable to get it treated immediately before the condition progresses. You should get a scan done and visit any Ayurvedic doctor /treatment center near you. As early treatment will ensure no further nerve damage occurs
