Hi, neck pain with out arm pain is usually treated with physio first. Once the pain is controlled you need to strengthen the neck muscles with neck isometric exercise. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic doctor. Make sure there is no ENT problem as well. Hello, first consult ENT to rule out any ear problem.  If it's ruled out consult an orthopedic physiotherapist for further management of pain.
