Neck pain left side
I lifted some heavy weight last night in the gum and ended up injuring my neck. Although I applied volini spray, but it is still paining. I can't move my neck to left side.

Rest for the first 24 to 48 hours.. use pain medication with doctors advice. In case symptoms get worse visit a doctor for further evaluation. Post 48 hours if neck pain while rotating or side flexion persists visit a Physiotherapist to get manual therapy with electrotherapy done.

avoid any movement which triggers pain.. use a towel roll at the hollow of your neck. avoid pillow. try limiting the use of mobile phones and laptop, avoid gym till recovery is complete.

Hi.., because of the injury your neck is in spasm.., so pain and movement restrictions

meet a experienced physiotherapist Take IFT/ cervical traction for 5-7 days when pain is less , start with neck strengthening exercises

avoid forward bending of neck avoid heavy weight lifting avoid using of thick pillows while sleeping avoid jerky movements of neck .. if ur problem doesn't subside with physiotherapy, visit an orthopedician tc..

Please take rest. Meet a physician who will prescribe some anti inflammatory or muscle relaxants. If you still don’t feel relief then get an XRay done and meet a physiotherapist.
