Neck pain in left side
From 2 months I have neck pain in left side.. I have consulted one of the orthopaedic and took all the medicine. But still pain is not covered.

Is the pain radiating to upper limbs. There is a possibility of cervical muscle spasm.. There is also a possibility of neurological involvement.
Next Steps
Start with hot fomentation,  analgesic, muscle relaxant.. If still not relieved, can get one x ray of cervical spine done..
