Neck pain for almost a month
I have severe neck pain for almost a month now. I guess this is due to long hours of daily bike ride and use of heavy helmet. What can I do to fix this. Do I need to to see some physiotherapist or can do some home excercises to cure it...

Hi yes your guess is right to some extent. You could try hot fomentation for time being.
