Neck pain, cervical radiculopathy
Hello, my left side is always paining ESP the neck and shoulder area. I consulted a doctor last year and he suggested me to take a physiotherapy. But the pain goes away only when the time of therapy. So, I stop seeing therapist.. I don't take any medicine but the pain is unbearable. Please suggest me what to do for permanent relief. It creates so many problem... Difficult to sleep, difficult to move my head. The pain area is feels like burning and the left side of my head is always paining and heavy.
