Hello From yesterday I have neck pain after I sneeze each time... Any reason ??? I gargle also.. but still pain

Can be a neck strain or muscle spasm .. where does it hurt exactly in the neck and what is the intensity ? ... Plz provide more history ... Gargles has nothing to do with sneezing ...
