Neck mri ...sometimes pain in neck ..
I sometime get neck pain managed by painkiller ot pcm . Here is my mri report. No symptom in hands. What to do . Is  surgery req? I left gym too.

Yes u have canal narrowing on ur c5-c6, c6-c7 that may warrant a surgery. But u clearly said u have no radiating symptoms on any of ur upper limbs. Then u need to do some life style modifications, posture maintanence, take some rest for nearly a month or two, followed by sternocleidomastoid strengthening exercises atleast for 3 weeks to know the difference. Then if all the conservative measures fails, then u can go for invasive procedures like root block/surgery. If u cannot maintain the posture, then soft cervical collar may be of some help to u

Report wise there is severe compression If u have long-standing symptoms and have tried all conservative options surgery is a choice Before that u can try tfesi nerve blocks
