Neck Head Shoulder Pain
Severe pain in neck head and shoulders...dont knw wht to do done with medicines from 1 year .Xray,CTscan,mri all negative nw doing physiotherapy ..frm 20 days .bt Franklyn not getting the good results...help me doctors. Thnx in advance

Hello there...well getting headache along with neck and shoulder pain that too for as long as a year can be irritating and frustrating for you... if a certain treatment regime doesnt work for you for more than 3 months then it means its not moving in the right direction.... if you can share your previous MRI and blood reports with me it can be of great help...also what exactly in physiotherapy are you undergoing ...like are you put up on any modalities or just exercises also were you administrd any steroid when u had medications for your condition.... what exactly are your symptoms right now and what makes you feel relaxed and what increases them.....do resort back to me with the answers.... Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Hi. You surely have postural issues. But along with your postural correction you need to take pain killers with muscle relaxant. Consult an orthopedic surgeon and see if you r having trapezitis too. If your trapezius muscle is in spasm then you might need to consult a physio who is doing a specified procedure known as dry needling.

You need only and only posture correction.... Work in correct posture and visit a good physiotherapist for exercise prescription... This won't be easy as it needs dedicated exercises for at least 4 to  5 months...

Hello .......This condition may be  a Upper Cervical Syndrome...... avoid Mobile Phone when you lying on bed and watch TV with same. Place towel roll under your neck gap. Place pillow under head and shoulder with correct position (AVOID LYING ON PAIN FULL SIDE). Do gentle NECK EXERCISE LIKE SEE LEFT SIDE 10sec *10time Right side 10*10 See  Upward 10*10time. Avoid neck rolling (Yoga). Good Luck.
