Your neck pain could be due to cervical spondylosis or nerve compression.

If you are working from home than u need to modify your sitting posture.. (applicable only if u are doing desk work in home) 4. Once there is slight decrease in pain U can start with all neck movements slowly. 5. Once u are stable start with neck Isometric exercises.. You can find them online or u can consult a physio near by. 6.after isometric exercise you should start with stretching of your muscles around your neck Mainly stretch your Sternocleidomastoid muscle (SCM).
