Hi Doctors,
Can you help me if the below findings are serious and what is the best can be done to overcome the issue:
A small polyp noted along the inferior wall of right maxillary sinus, approximately measuring 14.0 x 6.0 mm.
Mild mucosal thickening noted involving nasal septum and nasal floor suggestive of changes of rhinitis.
Mild hypertrophy of inferior turbinate noted on left side.
Bilateral maxillary sinus show patent accessory ostia.
Partial pneumotization of frontal sinus noted on both sides.

Firstly do you have any symptoms? The findings are usually present in lots of people and may not need any treatment. The fact that the sinus opening is patent means it will drain the discharge and ventilate. The oter nasal findings may be due to cold / rhinitis. If you have nasal discharge, sneezing, nasal block etc then need to take some nasal steroid spray under supervision
