Nasal congestion
I have a nasal congestion for past one year..am using nasal spray for a year .
Couldn't breath without that.

From the limited visibility in the picture, it looks like a nasal polyp which is obstructing your airway.
Please consult online with detailed history and name of the drops that you have been using and better pictures to accurately diagnose your problem.

As you are using nose drop for last one year , now you are dependent on nose drop
First stop using nose drop continuously
Tab allerid D one tab twice a day
Steam inhalation twice a day
Nasal drop ply SOS
