I am having nasal Congestion and nose is blocking while sleeping. Is it possible to loss smell during nasal Congestion? I have taste but no smell ... Also no other symptoms...

Maam It may due to common cold or some other pathology, for a proper diagnosis and treatment u need to consult thoroughly online. Meanwhile use saline nasal drops 2 drops 5 times a day in each nostril, and xylometazoline nasal drops 2 drops 3 times a day for 3 days only
