The photo you have uploaded is showing inferior turbinate and is not a polyp. Turbinates are integral part of the nose.
Coming to polyps, CT scan is must and done after steroids course so as to get better idea of sinuses and their openings. Surgery is required for nasal polyps.

The pictures u attached here is not a nasal polyp ,it’s a inferior turbinate ,CT scan is a diagnostic test ,Consult online for further evaluation.

Ct can be done as soon as diagnosis is confirmed by ent specialist
