Nasal allergy and sneezing
I have been suffering from allergy for several years. I use air-conditioning at 26 with low fan speed. Even then, sniffling and sneezing continues. I take Allegra M once in two days. There is some relief but for just few hours and again back to same sneezing. Is there any suggestion. Please advise. Thanks.

Just take steam once a day daily with karvol plus in it and do gargle twice a day and try to cover your nose with blanket while sleeping and don't face the AC directly. For more details and better explanation you can consult me
