Try avoiding dust or allergens as much as possible...Drink plenty of water.
Use a humidifier.
Try nasal saline sprays or rinses.
If the runny nose is a persistent, watery discharge, particularly if accompanied by sneezing and itchy or watery eyes, your symptoms may be allergy-related and an over-the-counter antihistamine may help..
Avoiding dust through masks is good solution. Though antihistamines help they are not permanent solution. Ayurveda advocates prevention and treating the disease from root cause. Lifestyle management like steam inhalation daily, avoid exposure to cold, consuming turmeric milk, chyavanprash and many more. Yoga, Surya namaskar, bhramari and bhasrika pranayama daily will help. Also medicines like shwas kas Chintamani, mahalaxmivilas, shwaskuthar, sitopaladi will help with ayurvedic consultation.
