U can have ketorol dt dissolved in fourth glass of water and start with the three days antibiotic coverage then u should go fr eztraction. Generally extraction is contraindicated in pain

You can take tablet Combiflam for pain. Do hot water gargles gargles with salt. Consult a dentist asap. Your dentist will prescribe you an antibiotic as well
