Hello dear. Chronic urticaria needs proper evaluation and given your history of asthma, I think you should get an allergy profile test done. There could be many triggering factors for your urticaria, including dietary and drug induced. Swollen lips indicate angioedema. I suggest that you take an online appointment for further assistance
Next Steps
Apply a soothing moisturiser and take Levocetrizine 5 mg for symptomatic relief
Health Tips
Identify and avoid triggering factors. Common dietary culprits include peanuts, fish, brinjal, rice, potato, pineapple
