According to your report you have no any major infection in the urine.
It's due to low water intake.
You should take 5-6 litre water per day for 1 month.
Next Steps
After 1 month do again test of urine as Urinalysis.
If again that same problem as now will appear then take again consultation with doctor for better evaluation.

Repeat test after 5 days. In case of any fever or increasing symptoms or in case Repeat test after 5 days shows pus cells more than 6, start antibiotics.
