In untreated patients with dengue shock syndrome , the recovery rate is less .Then patients general condition and associated chronic diseases if any ,plays a significant role in recovery. Since he is admitted in the hospital ,all the necessary treatment is definitely being initiated ,he should be able to get better

Recovery will be good.. needs detailed history like.. day of fever,, oral intake.. output.. any rashes on the body.. itching sensation..etc...please connect..
