Hii you can restricted foods are spinach , cabbage cauliflower,potato, sugary drinks and foods you can maintain sufficient protein you can do physical activity every day
Yes ,u can take berries and low fat dairy .
Avoid all cruciferous veggies like cabbage,cauliflower broccoli,kale and limit with soya and soya products.

Avoidances
* Soya & soya products like Soya chunks, Soya milk, soyabean oil, Tofu (soyabean paneer), Edamame
* Cruciferous veg. family like Cauliflower, cabbage, kale, turnip, Brussel sprouts, bokchoy etc. If taken, take in cooked form not in raw & salad form
* Nuts like Pine nuts, peanuts, pearl millets
* Fried & fatty food like Butter, fried stuff, red meat
* Gluten like wheat, barley, rye
* Refined items
* Caffeine like tea, coffee, green tea. If taken, take in moderation.
