My thyroid report is 6.41(TSH).
I haven't started medicine .. is it necessary to take medicine.And for how long ..I do my exercises.

If your thyroid profile results show a slight raise in the TSH ,but normal t3 and t4 , it's subclinical hypothyroidism.Medicine is required if only you are symptomatic or TSH level is above 10.Repeat the TSH levels after 3-4 months to monitor.
