My teeth are deteriorating day by day.
One of my front bottom teeth is missing, teeth are getting yellow and not nice to see and teeth gap are more and teeth edge are of unequal size. some time while drinking cold water, i am feeling pain some times , not regularly. Suggest what to do and how much time it will take.

I would advice to get a thorough scaling /cleaning done of your teeth and seek a good consultation for replacement either using a bridge or an implant for the same.
As far the pain during drinking of cold water is concerned I would also advise to seek an opinion to check if there isn't any loss of tooth structure
