I have a deprisson from about 3 years i take tablet solaze 50 and nexto forte i have a left side pain in my chest but it looks incurable disease for me what i could do please suggest me

I may a simple pain... Don't much worried about it just go for ecg and take PPI and pain killer,wait for few days if symptoms persist then consult to physician
