Hi... Please contact the clinic you have visited with the help of numbers/address mentioned in their prescription slip or elsewhere. They will arrange it for you. Or just go to another medical store and see if they may understand the writing/spelling. Other professionals will not spell something based on the image you have shared without a medical assessment, as it may be misused. You will need to take a proper consultation from a Psychiatrist.
