Hi! If you are getting frequent thoughts of suicide or self harm please speak to a counsellor or psychologist immediately. They will be able to help you. If you have also noticed that your appetite has reduced and you are sleeping more or less than usual, there is loss of interest in activities then please contact a professional. It will help you recover faster.
