  4. My leg twisted. Leg what i can do now.

My leg twisted
While coming down from stairs fastly it is paining badly and swallon i used emani fast relief and crep bandage in my leg what i can do now .

Hi, when was the twist happened? First get one X Ray done. Meanwhile apply ice pack on the pain and swelling areas. Elevate your foot and sleep.
