My left knee is making sound
While coming downwards on the staircase, my left knee is making sound and little pain. Also I'm feeling uncomfortable with my right hand wrist and shoulder.

Hello,
This can be because of the climate change or may be because of raised uric acid levels.
Would need more information to come to a conclusion.
