Well packet milk is generally pasteurised so safe to drink without boiling , but in case of your husband is prone to bacterial infections then boiling & then drinking milk is highly recommended

I m not sure , but for prevention u can boiled its and than drink on warm temp.its more effective. Or daily night after 30 min of dinner u can take turmeric powder boiled milk.its to healy.for more info plz talk with nearest dietician..
