My height was 5.8 my age 21how to grow taller after this age. Please help me to increase my height at least 1 inches or more.

Its just matter of one inch , your age is 21 I don't think your height will increase. But if that inch bothers you so much you can increase by ilizarov technique but its a tricky surgery with its complications.
