For a female patient it’s important to know menstrual history, some hormone levels. Femoral epiphysis is almost fused as in this x ray. When was this plate was applied? And is that a latest X-ray?? Chance of improvement is not much, can wait and watch for few years if no successive improvement, may needed osteotomy. How tall are your parents??
Next Steps
Wait and watch.
Health Tips
Thyroid profile, GH level, estrogen level.

When was the surgery done. You still have a good growth potential, dont worry. Keep a regular follow up with your ortho doc. Keep faith on him and the treatment. You will be fine. Take care.
