My father's Right hand Pain
My father had a right hand joint pain from past one month, he is 64 years old. Due to Corona effect doctor is not available in my town, he went to hospital for couple of times  but pain is not reduced. And my father drinks daily. Please suggest the remedies

your father is diabetic or hypertensive? Is he slipped by that side or injury in past days.  He is able to do movement s or there is restrictions. Check it . If there is no restrictions of movement's then... 1. Hot formentation ( heat packs ) for 30 min 2 . Light hand movents  10 rep 3 . Pulley 5 times Again 15 min heat  pack If there is no movement's ... 1. First heat pack for 20 min 2.  Shoulder clockwise anticlockwise - 5 times both sides 3. Towel stretch - initial 3 to 5 times 4. Finger ladder exercises on wall 5. Pendular stretch - 3 times Lastly...ice pack on shoulder joint for 20 min
Next Steps
exercises should be done slowly, progressive .
Health Tips
no jerk avoid heavy weight dnt sleep at that side use pillows below affected shoulder joint .

Share all the blood test and x rays . It may be due to arthritis or ? Infection or inflammation. Consult orthopaedic dr near you if you can. Try hot or ice fomentation. Rest and elevation with mild pain killers might help. Forearm splint might be useful. He needs further evaluation

Hi, Please specify which joint affected... if it's shoulder joint pain, please check the shoulder movements first, ask him to raise hands in forward, backward especially sideways... if the joint movt restriction there, please check the sugar level first, May be frozen shoulder...

Ask him to do the movements slowly, before and after movements please apply hot pack on affected area, so he can do movements easily

Hello Is it hand joint pain? Pls specify the area.. If it's hand joint pain pls go for uric acid test and reduce protien intake too. X ray may also be required if it's an injury case.

Which joint? Shoulder,  elbow or Wrist. Is it any history of cervical spondylitis. Advice 1.Do not sleep on right side . 2. Do not carry weight in kgs.

Hai this pain is Becoz of post viral fever may be for there some time don’t worry by the by make ur father do the hot water fermentation over the painful area and apply any pain relieving gel . This will Subside but after some time only

Is he diabetic or high Bp patient ? And he has wrist pain or full hand pain including shoulder ?
